Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication details, plan status, and business profile details you choose to add to Invvo.
When you create invoices, clients, businesses, logos, or payment records, we store the information needed to provide the product, including GSTINs, billing addresses, invoice numbers, tax details, line items, notes, and generated invoice files.
We also collect limited technical information such as device, browser, IP address, log data, usage events, and error reports to keep the service reliable, secure, and improving.
How we use information
We use your information to provide invoicing, PDF generation, client management, GST calculation, account access, billing, support, security monitoring, and service communication.
We may use aggregated or de-identified usage patterns to understand product performance, improve workflows, prioritize features, and troubleshoot reliability issues.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use invoice contents to advertise to your clients.
Billing and payments
Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment providers. We receive payment status, subscription identifiers, plan details, renewal information, and related billing metadata, but we do not store full card numbers.
Payment providers may process your data under their own privacy policies. You should review their terms when completing a purchase or managing a subscription.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, file storage, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, and payments.
These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to operate Invvo, comply with law, secure the service, or perform contracted services for us.
Data retention
We keep account, invoice, client, business, subscription, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and maintain reliable backups.
You can delete or update many records inside the product. Some information may remain in backups, audit logs, payment records, or legally required records for a limited period.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, and provider-level infrastructure protections.
No online service is completely risk-free. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for ensuring that invoice data entered into Invvo is accurate and appropriate to share.
Your choices
You may access, correct, export, or delete information where the product supports it. You may also contact us to request help with account data, subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements.
You can opt out of non-essential communications. We may still send transactional messages such as login, billing, security, invoice delivery, and service notices.
Children and eligibility
Invvo is intended for business use and is not directed to children. You should not use Invvo if you are not legally able to enter into these service terms or provide business information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Invvo changes or as legal, security, or operational requirements evolve. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, email, or another appropriate channel.
